Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer service team via email or phone within 14 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Gear
Carefully repackage the item in its original shipping container with all included documentation, tags, and accessories to ensure it arrives back in mint condition.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided return label to the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or arrange for a pickup at your convenience.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the instrument to verify its condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.
